ECM+ opens its season with Ensemble Paramirabo, a brilliant quintet and an up-and-coming musical force. Get ready for Attaque à cinq, a top-flight musical offensive! On the program will be works by Michel Gonneville, Scott Rubin, and Patrick St-Denis, as well as two premieres commissioned for the occasion to Julien-Robert and Riho Esko Maimets, winner of the ECM+ Generation2012 Audience Choice Award. ECM+ is proud to present this young quintet who have honed their contemporary musical chops under the direction of Véronique Lacroix.
